News: Dead Kennedys announce EU Tour

Although still Jello Biafra-less, legendary punks Dead Kennedys have announced a string of dates across the UK and Europe this coming June. Legendary for their social commentary and fiercy anti-fascist lyrics, all wrapped up in a strange combination of almost Zappa like experimentation and humour, as the band passed through a variety of styles as well as punk.

Given the legal problems and the various fight over money, licensing, the name and just about everything else, its unlikely that the original line-up will ever get back together, but the band line-up now still contains original members East Bay Ray (guitar), Klaus Flouride (bass) and DH Peligro (drums) who are these days joined by former Wynona Riders singer Ron ‘Skip’ Greer.

Rendered inactive in more recent times due to health problems which restricted both Flouride and Peligro, the band have been back on the road in the last two years, and its a chance to see one of the most influential punk bands ever. Tickets go on sale on  Monday 16th February at 10am via ticketweb.co.uk 0844 477 2000
