Track : Temples Share New Track “Change Or Be Forgotten”

Seems like it was only yesterday when everyone was pining over Temples excellent debut album Sun Structures. A nice mix of Tame Impala psych and 90s Brit rock, they seemed as if they could go anywhere from that point. Well, if new track “Change Or Be Forgotten” is any indication they’re heading into some seriously harmonious directions.

The song is a blast of power pop melancholy that brings to mind Youth Lagoon on an ELO bender, with a heavy dose of Alan Parsons(the Eric Woolfson tracks, natch) through the paisley prism of MGMT. It’s an infectious track that will possess you to hit rewind several times.

It’s the first single from the band’s upcoming release Volcano, which will be released on March 3rd through Heavenly Recordings. The song was self-produced and recorded at Temples home studio in Kettering.

Check out the track below, and pick up Volcano on March 3rd.
