LA based songwriter Jamie Jackson, aka Hot As Sun is back with another dose of her 80s laced synth-pop in the form of a new single, I Can Feel Your Love, taken from her upcoming EP ‘Little Friend’. There’s something seductive about the jagged, playful pop, these plopping synth notes and metallic sounding drum beats, and just the right mixture of gloss and lust in there, as it chronicles a love affair.
She’s opened for the likes of Foster the People and Phantogram, released her debut album Night Time Sound Desire with Last Gang Records, and the forthcoming EP had input from Seth Kauffman (Lana Del Rey, Ray La Montagne) and production from The Gifted. Big things await.
