The name might not be that familiar, but his work definitely will be. The guitarist / producer has played with the likes of Brian Eno, Pulp, Florence + The Machine and Roxy Music, and has produced artists such as Wild Beasts, Brett Anderson of Suede and Underworlds Karl Hyde> Recently signed to London independent Lo Recordings, Abrahams is preparing for the release of his 5th, as yet untitled album this Autumn.
The first glimspe of this new record comes in the shape of a track, ‘Mosaic’. For an artist thats experimented in the fields of folk and art-rock as well as classical and electronic fields – experiments sums up both the track and the record, as Abrahams mixes up his sound experiments with his subtle and often beautiful guitar playing acting as the glue that holds it all together.
No wonder he’s a man in demand, and an artist in his own right.
