New track: David Nance ‘My Love, the Dark and I’

Brand new single release from American rocker.

FFO: My Morning Jacket, Neil Young,

The new single comes a month ahead of his album release ‘Staunch Honey’ from Trouble in Mind Records on November 13th.

Nance turned many heads in 2018 with his release of ‘Peace and Slightly Pulverised’ a pulsating blast of old fashioned spit and sawdust rock and roll.

Nance’s new album hints at a more slow paced piece of work in keeping with the unsettling times we find ourselves in today; home recorded in Omaha this is solo recorded beautiful work for late night drives and turntable listening parties.

Nance is a prolific artist and the album promises to be one of his best works; this album is the culmination of two years hard work where he re-recorded the album three times and showcases a more mellower, reflective tone in contrast to ‘Pulverized’ feedback and angry guitars. This is a showcase for Nance’s ability as a songwriter and the gift to craft personas within his poetic personas.

Staunch Honey is out on all formats from November 13th from Trouble in Mind.
