News: Camden Rocks Festival Adds The Rifles Plus Many Other Bands To 2017’s Line-Up


The Damned, Orange Goblin and Ruts DC were some of the first acts to be confirmed for Camden Rocks 2017. However, following this week’s announcement, it seems the first batch of bands is now in very good company!

The recently reformed Milburn will join Camden’s line-up, as well as Carl Barat and the Jackals, The Rifles, The King Blues, The Membranes and more. “We can’t wait to play this year’s Camden Rocks Festival, a great line up as always and right in our own back yard!” say The Rifles!

Upping its own game following 2016’s fifth sold-out year in a row, Camden Rocks is now set to host an almighty 250 bands, across 25 of Camden’s venues on June 3rd this year. Speaking ahead of their upcoming appearance, The King Blues frontman Itch had this to say; Speaking ahead of The King Blues’ appearance, frontman Itch says, “We are ridiculously excited to be playing at Camden Rocks this year. Camden was where we cut our teeth and has been a spiritual home for us. I can’t wait for this one!”

This year’s festival will also play host to a special reformation of the band from original Sex Pistols drummer Paul Cook- The Professionals. Andy Cairns of Therapy? will also perform an acoustic set.
