News: The legendary Australian punks The Hard-Ons announce You Am I’s Tim Rogers as new frontman, a new album and a single ‘Hold Tight’ to spark things off.

The new album, amusingly entitled ‘I’m Sorry, Sir, That Riff’s Been Taken’ is due for release on 8 October 2021 through Cheersquad Records and Tapes.

Of the merging of two of Australia’s indie icons, The Hard-Ons’ Ray Ahn, has said:

I’m thrilled to have Tim on board, and am loving his contribution!

Bandmate Blackie concurs:

Rogers said:

I was already the luckiest goof in rock’n’roll and I get asked to make a racket with my hero’s? Strewth. Wake me up sometime will ya?

Rogers will remain fronting You Am I. Strange and exciting times ahead!
