See: Greywind release new video for Circle

Irish alt-rockers Greywind have just finished a handful of dates with FARRO (ex-paramore) and have released a new video for the track Circle ahead of their debut album Afterthoughts, which drops on January 27th.

The brother sister duo recorded the album with producer Jason Perry in Texas and Paul O’Sullivan, one half of the duo says of Circle “This song is about feeling like you’re trapped in a never ending cycle and not being able to escape from it, so for the video we wanted to play on that and have the main character trapped in this world…..We also wanted this video to have throwbacks to all the previous songs that we’ve released to show that all of these songs are connected.”

It’s muscular power pop/rock that’s big on riffs and even bigger on melody, and the new accompanying video is similarly ambitious and darkly theatrical – part story, part performance, beautifully shot and manages to enhance the track with it’s vivid imagery.
