SEE: Firestations – ‘Small Island’


IN AN attempt to maintain focus on their bands in a time when gigs are not possible, Lost Map is launching the Automatic Tendencies initiative, a periodic release of EP collections of alternative versions of previously released tracks, as well as remixes by other artists in their roster.

There will be three releases of this kind within the next three months, each including a set of personalized artworks by Laura Copsey.

The first instalment of the series comes from Firestations, the London indie/synth-poppers, who’ll present a few unreleased songs: the soothingly melancholic “New Device” and the playful new single “Small Island”, fizzing with psychedelic vibes.

The EP has unfortunately sold out; but we have the lovely video for “Small Island”, which you can watch below.
