See: Newton Faulkner releases live acoustic video for ‘Dream Catch Me’ plus Hand Built By Robots acoustic album

Way back in 2007, Newton Faulkner released his debut album ‘Hand Built By Robots’ and was supporting the likes of James Morrison and Paolo Nutini.
Fast forward 13 years to 2020 and it has been announced Faulkner is re-releasing the album but this time a ‘Live & Acoustic’ version.

Having given us the likes of “Teardrop”, “I Need Something” and his most well known hit that reached no.7 in the UK singles charts “Dream Catch Me”. These bringing us the percussive sound that we all relate to the Surrey born musician.

On this stripped back, chilled album, Faulkner has said “It feels like the right time to release it alongside the visual album to accommodate the need for chill, acoustic music in this new Work From Home surroundings”.

With patterns of light hearted cross-rhythms and waves of upbeat guitar chimes there’s something for everyone on this acoustic album. With this studio album turned acoustic, it’s now exposed these songs for us to hear them in a different style.
