Flats Falling sits somewhere between the likes of Flaming Lips and Cate Le Bon, these hypnotic tunes built on cello and this winding bass guitar are propelled into lo-fi, wistful wonky pop by splatters of saxophone and the pairs slacker vocals that still manage to hit home.
