Coral - Reaching Out For A Friend
Dive into the Coral riff

The Coral have revealed their new video for their recent single, taken from the Move From The Dan Album. “Reaching Out For A Friend” has been animated together with Ian Skelly (the band’s drummer who is responsible for the band’s artwork) :

It’s an amazing mix of psychedelia and invention, and suits the song perfectly.  Watch swamp monsters, luchadors, and rocket ships collide in a brightly coloured landscape of lunacy.  It’s strangely reminiscent of what Jamie’s Magic Torch might look like if they had over ordered on all of the colours that week, and tried to invent a hundred new characters at the same time.

The Coral are on tour in October :

3rd October : Newcastle, Riverside
5th October : Birmingham, Institute
6th October : Leeds, Beckett Students’ Union
7th October : Sheffield, Leadmill
9th October : Bristol, SWX
11th October : London, KOKO
12th October : Liverpool, University The Mountford Hall
13th October : Manchester, Albert Hall
