Taken from January’s brilliant Thin Mind album, Wolf Parade have released a new video for Under Glass taken from the record, directly by Caleb Bardgett and Johnny Dunn. The track is this pulsating, uplifting slice of power-pop/indie rock, Packed with tunes and riffs and other stuff that melts your heart.
Dan Boeckner says of the video, “‘Under Glass’ is inspired by Canada’s greatest cultural export: David Cronenberg. The protagonist sits in isolation, their only joy in life is plugging in a bioport and interfacing with a psychedelic PS1 hellscape where they are loved and adored. Their body decays. They’re smiling.”
