Track: Bad Breeding – Theatre of Work

Ahead of their new album Exiled, out on June 21st via One Little Indian Records, Bad Breeding have shared a new track ‘Theatre of Work.

Its a dark and edgy punk record, angry in both its musical content and the lyrics behind it. Frontman Christopher Dodd explains “This song explores the theatre of being tied to agency work and zero-hours contracts, dogged by insecurity, stripped of confidence and laid bare to the laughable fatalism of being exploited by the very concepts you’re taught as necessary to your own survival.”

Full of whirling guitars and throbbing basslines, the feedback and noise that finishes the track an indictment of the helplessness and desolation felt in the track. Brilliant stuff.
