Set to be the first fully feldged album on Rebolledo’s You and Your Hippie Friends sister label, My Way My Rules is the debut album from Güero. If his name rings a bell then his Convertible Ride appeared on the notorious “A Very Nice Combinado Volume Uno” 12” release, under the moniker of El Güero Fresa.
From the album, he’s released Night Cruising, this rolling, slice of dancefloor electronica. At its outset, the synths cascade over a sleek but stripped back beat giving it this chillout lounge flavour, however as it gradually unfurls these heavier lines give the track some gravitas as it morphs and changes into a bubbling electronic cauldron of sound.
