Track: Shanghai Blues reveal new single, ‘Save Me’

East London quartet Shanghai Blues, named after a sadly now defunct Chinese restaurant (imagine the freebies that could have been scored there) have revealed a new single, ‘Save Me’, out now.

‘Save Me’ comes from those moments of feeling momentarily pinned under the weight of the world,” explains frontman, James Chalk.

“Life can sometimes become overwhelming but all we need to do is reach out and talk to clear our minds, find that strength again and reassure that we’re still on the right path.”

Save Me is rocket-fuelled alt-rock, as it blasts of, with razor sharp guitar lines dripping all over the powerful beat, as it stretches is muscular frame, riffs framing in and out and all in support of these earworm melodies that are draped on top.
