Track: The Barettas – Touché

The Barettas have returned, albeit as a duo, with an entire new album due – ‘All Is Fair In Love And Rock & Roll’ due January 29th. To whet our appetites the band have shared the single ‘Touché’.

Lauren sees it as a, “This is me, take me as I am,” no fucks given attitude. Katie sees it as something that everyone can relate to regarding one’s mental health, as in it’s okay to be yourself…even if people think you’re nuts.

Witty and infectious this is simple rock n’ roll with a beat that you can’t stop from getting under your skin. Some quick fingered guitar work and nice clean production makes this track really pop and Katie Bulley voice sounds as incredible as ever, full of attitude with just the right amount of vibrato.
