Swedish metal band Vengeant have released their first single, ‘Angel’s Battle Cry’. A Progressive, Symphonic Metal masterpiece inspired by Magic: the Gathering.
This track gets better and better as it goes on. The band have managed to create a track within this genre that sounds amazing with no over blown production or gimmicks. Danae Komodromou’s vocals rise into a full on mezzo soprano which blows you away, but then the guitar of Christoffer Holm rears its head and finishes the job. Strings and horns bring the track to a close now all they need to do is hurry up with the follow up.
