Following the release of their 2024 ‘Day Dreams’ EP, Burning Bones return the new ‘B – Sides’ EP, 3 b-sides from the EP release.
This latest project celebrates the depth of their back catalogue, bringing together three fresh, hard-hitting tracks that move between grunge, indie and post-punk while incorporating a modern pop sensibility, the tracks showcase the bands versatility, building on the tone set out in the EP release. Rich guitar tones, punching drums, and enigmatic vocals, the three tracks craft a sound characterised by effortless swagger, infectious melodies, and a blend of melodic ideas and a flourishing alt-rock intensity.
Discussing the release, the band share: “The B-Sides are the tracks from our recent release ‘Day Dreams’ that we felt didn’t fit the vibe of the release but rather deserved their own space in a separate release.”
Since their debut in 2018 with ‘Funeral Pyre,’ Burning Bones have consistently been a standout presence in the underground scene. Led by founding member Joe Robertshaw, they have steadily built a reputation as one to watch.
