To commemorate the albums’ 10th birthdays, Los Campesinos! are to reissue remastered versions of their first two albums, ‘Hold On Now, Youngster…’ and ‘We Are Beautiful, We Are Doomed’ on vinyl, CD and download.

The reissued albums can be  pre-ordered now in deluxe vinyl formats, including a limited edition version featuring updated artwork: https://kontraband.store/loscampesinos/ ‘Hold On Now, Youngster…’ will be backed with a second piece of vinyl holding covers and b-sides from the time of the album’s release, while ’We Are Beautiful, We Are Doomed’ will be getting its first vinyl pressing outside of North America.

Here at Backseat Mafia those first two albums are amongst our favourites of the time. From that brilliant first album, here’s Death to Los Campesinos!

The albums will be reissued on Friday October 12th 2018, and the following day (Saturday October 13th) the band will play their biggest UK headline show to date at the O2 Forum, London.

The gig will be unlike any the band has played before as they’ll be playing two sets, the first made up of songs released by LC! from 2006-2008, and then a headline set made up of songs from their following 4 albums, right up to 2017’s ‘Sick Scenes’:

Saturday 13th October – O2 Forum, London (tickets)

A limited number of pre-sale tickets for the gig are available from 9am Thursday:

General sale begins this Friday 13th April at 2pm: http://rockfeedback.seetickets.com/event/los-campesinos/o2-forum-kentish-town/1214481
