This Halloween, get ready for the scariest (and possibly grooviest – do people still say groovy?) party around as Soundcloud and celebrated DJ, DJ Yoda take over the performance space Rich Mix for a monumental party, including hair-raising audio and spine-chilling visuals.
As ever with Yoda, aka London turntablist Duncan Beiny, expect the unexpected – as he drops hip-hop, to the Muppets to 80s pop to the theme tune from Cheers. And if you can get away with that in Hip-Hop clubs, then you know you’re something special. And judging by his How To Cut & Paste series, expanding out into albums with The Amazing Adventures of… in 2006. Chop Suey and this year’s Breakfast of Champions followed, he is indeed something special.
Throw in a late license, and a line up including Keep Up! Records DJs also performing an A/V set, and its an unmissable night.
