If the world has got you down or quarantining is making you climb the walls, Freddie Gibbs, Madlib and El Michels Affair are here to raise your spirits. Gibbs, the gritty Gary, Indiana emcee, who now lives in Los Angeles, and the legendary producer, rapper and multi-instrumentalist Madlib, have formed a fruitful partnership over the years. Their second project, Bandana, was released last year. Piñata came out in 2014. Soul-funk outfit El Michels Affair backs up the duo in this video, a live, studio version of the Gibbs and Madlib penned Gat Damn, which appears on Bandana.
