Thee Sacred Souls is an emerging band that has quickly captured the hearts of music lovers with their soulful and nostalgic sound. Hailing from San Diego, California, the trio consists of vocalist Josh Lane, drummer Alex Garcia, and bassist Sal Samano.

Starting with local club gigs, the band quickly secured a contract with the esteemed Daptone label. Their initial releases amassed over ten million streams within a year, catching the eye of notable outlets like Billboard, Rolling Stone, and KCRW. Early admirers of their music include renowned artists such as Gary Clark Jr., The Black Pumas, Princess Nokia, and Timbaland. Their music is a modern homage to classic soul and R&B, infused with a touch of Chicano soul, creating a timeless and heartfelt sound. Thee Sacred Souls’ smooth vocals, emotive lyrics, and warm, vintage-inspired instrumentals evoke the golden era of soul music while bringing a fresh and authentic vibe to the genre.

Tonight the trio make their debut in Sydney, at the iconic City Recital Hall. As the soulful vibes of Thee Sacred Souls fill the sophisticated venue, the trendy young crowd can’t resist the groove, rising to their feet and dancing along in the aisles from the very first song. The elegant arena is transformed into a vibrant dance floor as the band’s infectious rhythms captivate the audience. The smooth, velvety voice of lead singer, Josh Lane resonates through the auditorium, weaving tales of love and life that tug at the heartstrings. The rhythm section lays down a groove that’s impossible to resist, compelling everyone to move their feet in sync with the music.
