Kaiser Chiefs latest  tour is finally underway they come to Brighton to raise the roof and play to an eager crowd at Brighton Centre with Leads born front man Ricky Rickman storming through his set list as part of the ‘All Together Tour’

Kaiser Chiefs first burst onto the scene nearly 20 years ago and since their formation, the band has consisted of lead vocalist, Ricky Wilson, guitarist Andrew ‘Whiney’ White with bassist Simon Rix Keyboardist Nick ‘Peanut’ Baines, and drummer Vijay Misty.

The band took along for the ride Sheffield’s own ‘The Sherlocks’ who have just recently at the beginning of the year released their LP  ‘World I Understand’ and following on swiftly a dramatic set by ‘The Fratellis’ flanked by a trio of backup singers.

South Yorkshire’s The Sherlocks’ set was very catchy and memorable with the Lead singer showing his Indie charm wearing sunglasses on stage to a welcoming and ecstatic audience! After the interval, the now famously Offenbach’s ‘The Can Can’ played out from the PA and chants from the fans singing along to their ‘Chelsea Dagger’  and ‘Henrietta’ songs much used around sporting events around the world. Their latest album ‘Half Drunk Under A Full Moon’ was released in April 2021 and was delayed because of the pandemic!

After the backdrop boards echoing their hits are removed, Ricky enters the stage High up in front of a Full Moon. The Kaiser Chief’s frontman, got the audience going with ‘Born to be a Dancer; immersive with flashing lights and a high value production set featuring animations along the back of the stage. The Kaiser Chiefs did not disappoint with the energy never dipping as the band played their greatest hits ‘Ruby’ and ‘I Predict a Riot’! There was an exposition singing and dancing at the Brighton Centre with Ricky Wilson jumping and swaying from side of the stage to the other.

It was a welcome return for Kaiser Chiefs again to be in Brighton again, playing to a mass of glary eyed dedicated fans, dancing around to the echoing rock anthems guitar riffs and greatest hits. Their new album style and would stay on top of their game with their charismatic and structured live sets with Ruby being the highlight with the vibrant casino machine visuals!
