Scottish rockers came to the HMV Empire in Coventry on the 12th May in conjunction with the National Lottery Revive Live Music campaign.

Strutting on stage in his signature sunglasses, and bottle of Buck fast in hand lead singer Jack Cochrane encourage the crowd to sing along with their single “Burn the Empire” before playing “tune after tune”

The band know how to work a crowd up into a frenzy, building the atmosphere before slowing the set down for a little acoustic track.

“We’re International Pop-stars now, rock and roll is for children”

The Coventry crowd sang along with nearly all of the 17 strong song set, which featured tracks from debut number 1 album ‘W.L.’, ‘Mixtapes EP’ and new singles ‘Zuckerpunch’, ‘End of the Road’ and ‘Burn The Empire’

The Snuts definitely seem to be going from strength to strength with no signs of slowing down and are soon to embark on a summer of festival dates and a support slot with US rockers Kings of Leon.

The Snuts are a live act not to be missed, arena shows await this band so if you get a chance to catch them at a small venue don’t miss it!
