Proudly presented by Mistletone, bar italia have announced their debut Australian tour for this June, taking in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne’s RISING with tickets going on-sale this week.
The London based three-piece of Nina Cristante, Jezmi Tarik Fehmi and Sam Fenton will embark on their first SXSW shows this week showcasing their album ‘The Twits,’ released via Matador / Remote Control. ‘The Twits’ was recorded by the trio over eight weeks from February 2023 in a makeshift home studio in Mallorca, and was mixed by Marta Salogni.
bar italia’s signature short, sharp 3-minute compositions have drawn considerable praise, highlighting their skill in crafting powerful music with brevity.
