Renowned radio DJ and Music Producer Blasé Vanguard Continues to Push Boundaries with Latest Release

Blasé Vanguard seamlessly blends Caribbean soca and dancehall on his infectious new single ‘Stop Talk (Just Dance)’.

Blasé Vanguard has consistently championed positive Caribbean expression, creativity, and attitude through his music. His unique sonic journey incorporates not only the vibrant rhythms of soca and dancehall but also uptempo kuduro, reggaeton, contemporary afrobeats, London’s grime, UK funky, Jungle, American hip hop, and trap music. This distinctive blend has garnered him a diverse fan base spanning across Trinidad & Tobago, London, Amsterdam, Milan, Berlin, and Barcelona.

The journey began for Blasé Vanguard with his debut EP, “STRESS/Dahlin’,” in 2018, which received critical acclaim for its innovative fusion of soca and UK funky. Cosmo Godfree of Dummy Magazine aptly described it as “a heady concoction of soca and UK funky but married with the heads-down, rain-stricken introspection of early dubstep.” Released under the prestigious More Time Records, the EP solidified Blasé Vanguard’s position as a beacon of cutting-edge music.

In 2021, the artist independently released three singles, each accompanied by visually stunning music videos shot in the picturesque landscapes of Trinidad & Tobago. These releases served as a precursor to his upcoming album, showcasing his unwavering commitment to pushing artistic boundaries and exploring new sonic territories.

Blasé Vanguard has been a dynamic presence on stage, touring with the fusion group Jus Now, combining Trinidadian Soca rhythms with the sub-heavy sound of the UK Underground. His performances have graced the stages of renowned festivals such as Boomtown Festival, Dialled In Festival, and the iconic Powis Square for Notting Hill Carnival.

His latest single, ‘Stop Talk (Just Dance)’ is a mesmerising blend of trance elements, tribal Amapiano rhythms, and captivating Caribbean vocals. Collaborating with DJ Kwamzy and Patrick, Blasé Vanguard delivers an immersive, instructive, and addictive track that encapsulates the essence of a memorable club experience.

‘Stop Talk (Just Dance)’ is now available on all major streaming platforms, inviting listeners to be transported into a world of infectious rhythms and global sounds.
