Damiano David has sold out his debut solo show in Melbourne, with all tickets for The Forum on Friday, October 24 now exhausted. The announcement comes as part of the Italian singer-songwriter’s first solo world tour, which includes 31 dates across Europe, Asia, Australia, North and South America.

The Melbourne date marks David’s first solo performance in the city. Limited tickets remain for his only other Australian stop — Sydney’s Enmore Theatre on Wednesday, October 22.

Best known as the frontman of Måneskin, David has launched a solo career with the release of his debut album Funny Little Fears. The record includes singles ‘Born With A Broken Heart’, ‘Silverlines’ (produced by Labrinth), and current track ‘The First Time’, which has charted in 19 countries and gained widespread attention online.

Ahead of the tour, David is performing at major festivals around the globe, from Seoul to Lollapalooza in Chicago. On July 29, he will also appear at the GRAMMY Museum in Los Angeles for a live conversation and performance centred around Funny Little Fears.

The tour reflects a new chapter in David’s career, following his rise with Måneskin — the first Italian rock band in decades to find global success, known for their high-energy live shows and crossover appeal.
