Britich-Indian riser Dilan Skies releases new single, ‘HABITS’. The track serves as the first glimpse into his much-anticipated debut album, setting the stage for what promises to be a defining year for the British-Indian singer-songwriter and producer.

Built on a steady, indie-funk feel, ‘HABITS’ unfolds over its tight bass and drums through shimmering synth textures, rich harmonies, and infectious melodies to create a track with a striking commercial edge. Bringing togtether modern pop and R&B influences, the track grows into an atmospheric soundscape that is at once immersive and melancholic.

Speaking on the upcoming album, Dilan shares: “I wanted my debut album to be a statement—an introduction to who Dilan Skies is. That’s why I’ve titled it ‘TO BE SEEN’. The name reflects so much: my journey as an independent artist trying to carve a space in the industry, my identity as a South Asian artist in a landscape where we’re still underrepresented, and the themes of visibility and recognition that run through the album, both in music and in personal relationships.”

Hailing from London, Dilan’s musical journey began early. He first discovered his talent in his teenage years before retreating to refine his craft behind closed doors. At 18, his work caught the attention of artist Edgar Sandoval Jr, marking a turning point in his career. Since his official debut in 2020, Dilan has steadily built a reputation for genre-blurring, emotionally rich music, earning support from BBC Introducing and a growing fanbase.
