NEWS: Manchester quartet Witch Fever continue their rise with ‘In the Resurrect’ as they announce debut EP for October release

“I’ll fuck you up for fun.” That’s one of the more forthright lyrics in this song. Meet Witch Fever! The four-piece have been causing quite a stir as of late, signing to Sony offshoot Music For Nations and releasing debut EP teaser ‘Reincarnate‘ within days of each other around the start of June. The quartet’s scuzzed-up, doom-tinged grunge caught the ear of Bristol’s IDLES, whom they support at a sold-out London show next year as well as on March’s Ultra Mono European run – hopping on some Bambara shows in the process – and it won’t be long before plenty more people are in the know.

Along with the video for the riotous lead single ‘In the Resurrect’, they’ve announced that said debut EP arrives on Friday October 15th. Turns out Reincarnate is the title track – it’s out on 12″ vinyl on Friday December 3rd in a whole bunch of independent record shops. Next month, they warm up for London duo Bob Vylan on their UK tour, with festival dates booked for September; it’s all happening. See below for video and the full itinerary:
