Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds have announced a special collection of remixes of latest single “It’s a Beautiful World” will be released exclusively on 12″ vinyl for Record Store Day 2018 (Saturday 21st April). This track was released as the second single from Number 1 album “Who Built the Moon?”, Noel’s 10th consecutive chart-topping album.

Noel commented:  “I love Record Store Day. It gives us, the artists, a chance to put music out there that otherwise might never see the light of day. I love the fact that the items are very limited edition and I do utter the phrase ‘I’ll save that for Record Store Day’ a LOT. Here’s a question though – since when do we have ‘stores’ in the UK?”

The A side of the four-track release includes both a vocal remix and a darker dub by long-time High Flying Birds collaborater Andrew Weatherall. The B side comes courtesy of Hacienda resident DJs Mike Pickering and Graeme Park, who have put together vocal and instrumental remixes, their first as a duo in over 25 years. The full tracklisting is:

A1. ‘It’s A Beautiful World’ (Andrew Weatherall Vocal Remix)
A2. ‘It’s A Beautiful World’ (Andrew Weatherall Dub Remix)
B1. ‘It’s A Beautiful World’ (Mike Pickering Graeme Park Hacienda Mix)
B2. ‘It’s A Beautiful World’ (Mike Pickering Graeme Park Hacienda Instrumental Mix)
