Kesha has unleashed the long-awaited music video for ‘Joyride’, a glittering anthem that’s become a global sensation since its release earlier this year. The video showcases a thrilling desert 007-esque car chase featuring Kesha as the (our) audacious “Mother”, evading a series of bad guys in a campy, high-octane showdown. Directed by Dimitri Basil, Cooper Roussel, and Laura Gorun, the visual is a bold celebration, mirroring the song’s high-energy, unapologetic spirit.

‘Joyride’, released via Kesha’s own Kesha Records, has already hit over 100 million streams worldwide and was hailed as Kesha’s triumphant return to the glitter-infused dance-pop she’s celebrated for.
Adding to the excitement, Kesha has announced her next single, ‘Delusional’, which is set to drop next Friday (Pre-save here). The track teases a new chapter for the pop icon, who has embraced full creative control through her independent label.

The momentum continues into 2025, with a packed tour schedule featuring her sold-out House of Kesha shows and headlining festival appearances. Fans in Eora/Sydney and Naarm/Melbourne can catch her in January as part of her Australian tour, which kicks off with a special performance at the AO Live event at the Australian Open. The tour will reach the UK in May, culminating in a headline set at London’s Mighty Hoopla Festival in early June.

This latest chapter in Kesha’s career reflects a bold evolution, combining the high-energy aesthetic of her early days with the confidence and independence of an artist fully in control of her destiny. Whether racing through the desert or dominating festival stages, “Mother” is as fearless and magnetic as ever.
