Ice Cube, the pioneering West Coast rapper turned Hollywood heavyweight, is bringing his legendary catalogue to Australian shores for a pair of blockbuster performances in March 2025. Known for redefining the hip hop landscape with his razor-sharp lyricism and iconic beats, the former N.W.A. powerhouse will light up Sydney and Melbourne with back-to-back shows showcasing some of the genre’s most influential anthems.

The tour kicks off on Friday, March 7, at Sydney’s ICC Theatre before heading south to the Sidney Myer Music Bowl in Melbourne on Sunday, March 9. Fans can expect a night of timeless hits, raw energy, and a celebration of hip hop culture led by one of its most enduring architects.

Ice Cube’s legacy is nothing short of monumental. From his groundbreaking work as a founding member of N.W.A. to his success as a solo artist, actor, producer, and entrepreneur, Ice Cube has cemented himself as a cultural titan whose influence spans music, film, and even sports.

Rising to prominence as part of the legendary rap group N.W.A., Ice Cube helped redefine hip hop with their provocative and era-defining 1988 album, Straight Outta Compton. As a solo artist, he continued to break new ground with records like Death Certificate and The Predator, both of which received critical acclaim for their unflinching social commentary and genre-pushing sound.

His transition to Hollywood saw him star in and produce box office hits, including the Friday and Barbershop franchises. Through his production company, CubeVision, he played a pivotal role in shaping modern cinema. CubeVision produced 50 episodes of VH1 and MTV’s Hip Hop Squares and the Oscar-nominated biopic Straight Outta Compton.

Ice Cube has also left his mark on sports and business. As the co-founder of the BIG3 basketball league, he has revolutionised the sport, securing groundbreaking sponsorships and making the league’s 2024 season its most-watched to date.

A partner pre-sale will on Tuesday, January 28, at 11am, and closing on Thursday, January 30, at 10am. My Live Nation members will also get early access via a pre-sale starting Thursday, January 30, at 11am, running until Friday, January 31, at 10am.
