Last Friday, Los Angeles artist Joseph Luca released part 2 of his ongoing Ouroboros EP triptych, a series that kicked off late last year with Life and now continues with Death. We suppose, given the theming, part 3 is Rebirth, but we’re going to have to wait until later in the year for any further new music from him.

In the meantime, the new 5-song collection features some songs already available as standalone singles, like standout ‘My Best Dancing Shoes’ and the MAXIMILLIAN-featuring ‘Lover For Life’, the latter released back in 2021. Another one of these is ‘Dirty Laundry’, which gets a new lease on life with a video. Of the song, presented in a new context on the EP, Luca says: “[It] delves into the intricate emotions that accompany the aftermath and baggage of a painful breakup. It’s a poignant reflection on the delicate dance between choosing bitterness or grace in the face of heartache and the temptation to air one’s grievances out in the open. “

We’re premiering the clip below; the Ouroboros (Death) EP is out now.
