Night Movies is the project of London artist and musician Frederick Fuller, that he describes as, “Kind of as a bedroom project, something to do with my mate Pete, a place for my loop pedal experiments and weird Brian Eno style short songs separate to my other bands”. With the release of the album Dreamish last week, Fuller has shared the mesmerising video for the track ‘Unboxing Video’.
Hung on a spacey guitar riff, the track rises and falls as various sounds filter through. There’s an urgent nervousness to the percussion that’s echoed by the sweeping synths yet overall the track conveys a chilled vibe, just the kind with a busy mind.
