Bones Shake are a scuzzed out, fuzz enthused garage rock trio formed in 2011 in Manchester’s underground  They play everything to the extreme; violent bottle-neck blues riffs, drums kicked, pounded and exploited and squeals of reverb drenched vocals which when combined, will help save your soul.

They have released 4 EPs and 3 LPs to date which has seen them go from strength to strength and their last EP Privilege was released via Belgian label Never Trust Hippies. Their latest LP Sermons was released in May 2019.

After the success of latest digital single ‘Unwell’, they offer up another new video for their new single ‘Hey Hey’ and BSM is pleased to bring you the premiere. It is the second single from their upcoming second LP which will be out on Abattoir Blues Records before the end of the year. The track was recorded just before lockdown with subsequent overdubs recorded remotely. The band explain “the mantra lyrics and persistent pounding grooves provide a meditative soundtrack and distortive mental and aural stimulation during this period of inactivity”.

The video was shot in and around Manchester but primarily in the band’s rehearsal space above The Peer Hat by Jessica Fernandez Lomas.
