Taken from his forthcoming album Are you Serious, due out on April 1st via Loma Vista, Left Handed Kisses is the new single from Andrew Bird. If that were not news enough, it features Fiona Apple in this forthright slice of Americana influenced folk-indie. There’s a sort of timeless quality about the track, infused with Bird’s violin that aches and purrs over the track. It’s a mid paced saunter, as the two trade lines, both masters of making you empathise. It’s frankly lovely.
