Ahead of the release of their sophomore album, Accepting The Universe, out in the Autumn on Vibrant Sky Records, Wigan’s Are We Static have released a new video for recent single ‘The Godfather’.
Wearing influences such as Longview, Idlewild and Embrace if not in their sleeves, at least their collars and cuffs and mixing it in with bits of Doves and the likes, The Godfather chimes and swoons it’s indie rock way through, all sweeping guitar licks and aching melodies.
