Meridian Dan scored a huge hit with last years grime crossover, ‘German Whip’, picking up fans, attention and multiple 2014 MOBO Awards nominations along the way. Now he’s back with a new track, ‘The Bits’, produced by Two Inch Punch and Noah Breakfast.
Splashed in pads and rippling percussive beats, this bassline drops on the changes, and rumbling from underneath your shoes ensues. Add in shards of tension filled electronics and Dan, delivering his lines with a mixture of skill and attitude, and it has all the ingredients to rival German Whips.
