Taken form his forthcoming album Atlantic Oscillations, You Used To Love Me ft. Denitia is the latest single from renowned producer Quantic aka Will Holland. Returning to his electronic roots, Holland has drafted in New-York based singer, songwriter, guitarist and producer Denitia to add vocals and lyrics.
It’s a bustling busy electro sound, this gluey bassline washes around underneath these synth lines that veer between a splattered raindrop like pattern, to shards and stabs of the others. Over the top Denitia provides the contrast, her soulful musings draped over the top and covered in syrupy harmonies. It both makes you want to move and want to stay still, which is something rather special.
