Taken from his new EP Navigation, Glow is the new single from US hip-hop artist River Nelson. Of the track he says “Glow is a song about resilience, bravery and love. It’s a story about a single father who tells his little girl that even though things may be difficult at times, there’s a protective light that guards us. The source of that light can either be from something that’s inside us, from a supreme higher force or both.”
It has a certain starkness about it, the piano chords tugging at your heartstrings, as does his almost introspective rhymes. The EP serves as a bridge to his next full length album coming at the beginning of 2018.
