The Pinx have shared their brand new single ‘You’re Not The One’ taken from the album ‘The Pinx’, which came out now via Earache Distribution.
The band state:
“You’re Not The One is an exercise in lust and longing but also regret and shame. I was saving myself for “the one” and she was determined to talk me into it. What ensued was a highly dysfunctional relationship. Trying to capture all of that in one song may be a bit tricky, but by the coda of the song, there’s an emotional weight that feels appropriate.”
A classic rock track that oozes cool through the smoking guitars and McIntyre’s raw vocals. It’s a shimmering glorious effort from the band and one of the best rock tracks I have heard in a long while.
