So the final day of Beyond the Pale arrived and the sun was out, so much so there were bodies scattered about the arena sunbathing most of the day and it was a day most were looking forward to the most as Singer / songwriter / model / actress Grace Jones was closing out the festival, but before that there were a good number of acts on the bill and have to say Sunday was the day for me with it being not as electronic/dance orientated as the past two days (that’s not in anyway a negative reflection on the past to days) on the bill were acts like Pretty Happy / Irvine Welsh (DJ set) / Squid / Morcheeba / Sprints / Lebanon Hanover / Los Bitchos / Pillow Queens / Max Copper and of-course many more.
To finish up please do yourself a favour and get along to this festival next year, believe me what I say you wont be disappointed.
