Laneway Festival is back in Sydney and unlike in Auckland where organisers had to cancel the event because of unprecedented rainfall and flooding, the weather is gorgeous. The crowd is amiable and diverse, perhaps reflecting the eclectic lineup, which ranges from the indie, alternative, and electronic music scenes. After Sydney, Laneway will head to Adelaide (10 February,) Melbourne (11 February,) and Perth (12 February.)
