Yellow Days, known for his distinctive blend of off-kilter psychedelic indie-pop, P-Funk grooves, and soulful melodies, captivates listeners with his exploration of millennial angst and existential themes. His unique style has earned him recognition from fellow artists like Tyler, The Creator and Tom Waits, as well as collaborations with kindred spirit Mac DeMarco. Now, Yellow Days unveils his highly anticipated third album, ‘Hotel Heaven‘, dropping on April 5th, and you can get a first taste of this new record with the debut single, ‘Mrs Midnight’.

‘Hotel Heaven‘ feels like a lush retreat in the clouds where the disillusioned seek refuge from a burning world below. Within, an enigmatic figure known as God reigns as the all-knowing concierge, weaving intricate stories of the guests’ lives. Beneath the surface though, is a darker reality, reminiscent of ‘The White Lotus’ meets ‘The Shining’, accompanied by surreal visual inspirations from ‘Twin Peaks’ and Alejandro Jodorowsky’s ‘The Holy Mountain’.

Sonically, ‘Hotel Heaven‘ is a cosmic journey blending lo-fi aesthetics with elastic funk grooves and emotional depth. Think Tame Impala meets Sly Stone. Recorded entirely in Yellow Days’ flat in east London, the album showcases his raw talent as he takes on every instrument and vocalizes poignant reflections on contemporary culture. This conceptual masterpiece challenges the notion of fake comfort and superficial luxury, offering a fresh perspective on fame and self-discovery in the TikTok age.

Yellow Days’ evolution from his early EPs to his latest album reflects a commitment to authenticity and artistic growth. With ‘Hotel Heaven‘, he embarks on a new chapter, delivering soulful narratives and infectious melodies that resonate with listeners worldwide. Yellow Days is set for an extensive tour in 2024, including dates in the UK, Europe, and North America.

‘Hotel Heaven’ is now available to pre-order / pre-save HERE.
