Doves will return to the road for a full UK Tour following the release of their upcoming, sixth studio album, ‘Constellations For The Lonely’ in February next year. The Manchester band will return to their home city to perform for the first time in 15 years, announcing a night at the modernist Aviva Studios in addition to their return to London’s O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire. As with three SOLD OUT intimate dates announced to take place at the end of this month, in Stoke, Birkenhead and Hebden Bridge, the band will be fronted by Andy and Jez Williams without Jimi Goodwin.

The band cancelled their 2021 touring plans to protect Goodwin’s health and wellbeing and the singer remains committed to his recovery as apriority. Announcing their initial live dates last week, the band stated that “Jimi’s health came first”, while Goodwin added his current circumstances were “not compatible with a mad, city-to-city schedule.”

‘Constellations For The Lonely’ was announced last week with the Goodwin-fronted single, Renegade, after the three-piece reconvened for a patchwork of in-person and remote recording sessions in the four years since the release of their third UK Official Album Chart No.1 album, ‘The Universal Want’. With swapping roles a regular feature of all Doves shows and albums, including Andy and Jez Williams taking the lead on live favourites, ‘Words’ and ‘Jetstream’, the confirmation of 2025 dates finally deliver on fans’ clamor for the band’s return to the stage.

All of the confirmed Doves Constellations For The Lonely 2025 UK Tour dates are as follows:

  • Tue 25 Feb – Glasgow, SWG3
