The announcements keep coming and Inferno Metal festival just gets stronger and stronger. Another huge announcement for the Norwegian heavyweight and a triple whammy of epic proportions, namely in the form of Crowbar, Vemod and Gaerea

Crowbar

Anyone with at least a passing interest, or even just an ounce curiosity in the heavier side of life, will be familiar with the slow, heavy, and low-keyed signature American sludge metal of Crowbar. They are known to be a huge influence on the Sludge, Doom and Stoner metal genres and they will bring this and more when they land back at Inferno 2023. Be sure to check out their latest offering, ‘Zero And Below’ to get you in the mood, It truly is a beast.

Vemod

Norwegians Vemod have only one release to their name but what a release it is. ‘Venter Pa Stormene’ was released back in 2012 but is diverse, eclectic, unique and atmospheric in equal proportions. Currently working on a follow up to that premier it will be awesome to be able to witness them first hand at Inferno 2023

Gaerea

Another atmospheric juggernaut and this time, hailing from Portugal, the mysterious Gaerea. Spawned back in 2016 and having released an EP and two full length offerings to date, with a third expected later this year, it will be a privilege and pleasure to catch Gaerea on their first visit to Inferno Metal festival.
