News: Great Southern Nights Returns with Over 300 Gigs Across NSW in 2025

Great Southern Nights is now just over a month away. Promising two weeks of unforgettable performances. Running from 21 March to 6 April 2025, the highly anticipated festival will deliver over 300 live gigs across New South Wales, breathing life into local arts and cultural venues.

The event will span Sydney, Western Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong, and the Central Coast, extending to regional hubs such as Broken Hill, Byron Bay, the Central West, Orange, Tamworth, and Tilba.

The most recently announced artists that will be joining the festival are Alison Wonderland, Budjerah, Caravãna Sun, Djanaba, Fanning Dempsey National Park, Holly Hebe, Killing Heidi, Lyric, Mallrat, Marcia Hines, Miss Kaninna, Mo’Ju, Noiseworks, Offbeat Collective Showcase, Satin Cali, Sesame Girl, ShockOne, Slowly Slowly, Sons of the East, South East Block Party, Teenage Joans, The Grogans, The Paper Kites, The Presets, The Screaming Jets, Thirsty Merc, You Am I.

These acts have now been added to the original line-up which featured Aleksiah, Alice Ivy, Babe Rainbow, Baby Animals, Bag Raiders, Bec Sandridge, Ben Lee, Birds of Tokyo, Boo Seeka, Bootleg Rascal, Boy & Bear, Brad Cox, Charley, Crooked Colours, Cyril, Devaura, Elsy Wameyo, Emily Wurramara, Emma Pask, Full Flower Moon Band, Gut Health, Havana Brown, Hoodoo Gurus, Kaiit, Kate Miller-Heidke, Kinder, King Stingray, Lime Cordiale, Matt Corby, Meg Washington, Missy Higgins, Nai Palm, Ngaiire, Northeast Party House, Running Touch, Safia, Sarah Blasko, Six60, Slumberjack, Tash, Teenage Dads, Telenova, The Belair Lip Bombs, The Beths, The Cat Empire, The Cruel Sea, The Western Distributors, Thelma Plum, Total Tommy, Troy Cassar-Daley, Waax, Winston Surfshirt, Xavier Rudd, Ziggy Alberts.
