DERBYSHIRE post-folk trio Haiku Salut have announced a lockdown live stream of a new, alternative score they have composed for the Studio Ghibli animated classic, Spirited Away.
Their new accompaniment will feature edits and reworks of songs from their first three albums and one new piece of music.
And they will be hosting two ‘watch parties’ on Sunday, June 14th: a matinee at 2pm and an evening performance at 6.
And there won’t just be great tunes in the offing; the band say that all donations received that Sunday will go 50% to BLMUK, and 50% to the Music Venue Trust.
