Choose Your Cruise has unveiled the full lineup for Hellbound II, set to take over the Carnival Splendour across four nights from January 17–21, 2027. Following the rapid sell-out of the inaugural Hellbound cruise in October 2026, the 2027 edition expands the concept with a broader bill and a clear focus on scale, variety and continuity across the heavy spectrum.

Headlining the cruise is Parkway Drive, returning after their appearance on the first Hellbound. They are joined by a lineup that reads like a cross-section of modern Australian heavy music, including The Amity Affliction, Alpha Wolf, I Killed the Prom Queen and Thy Art Is Murder. It is a lineup designed to move between eras and sub-genres without leaning too heavily on any single strand.

Beyond the headliners, Hellbound II brings together a dense supporting cast that reflects the depth of the local and regional scene. Acts including Banks Arcade, Ocean Grove, Gravemind, RedHook, Heavensgate, Mammal, Future Static and many more will rotate across multiple stages, ensuring constant movement and overlap across the four-night run. DJs Taking Back Saturday and stage host MANOV round out the onboard programming.

As with the first cruise, music is only part of the draw. The 2027 itinerary includes themed nights, curated fan activities and a port stop at Tangalooma, offering a brief pause from the onboard schedule with options such as dolphin feeding, snorkelling and sand tobogganing. It is a structure that balances intensity with recovery time, without breaking the momentum.

With the first Hellbound selling out in under ten minutes, pre-sale registration is already being encouraged. Hellbound II positions itself not as a novelty, but as a focused extension of Australia’s heavy music culture, temporarily relocated to open water.
